  • Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to BlockPrintsIndia.com.
  • These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the website.
  • By browsing our website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
  • If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, please discontinue use of the website.

2. ELIGIBILITY

  • We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to any user at our sole discretion and at any time without notice.

3. PRODUCTS

  • All products listed on BlockPrintsIndia.com are handcrafted using traditional block printing techniques. As a result, minor variations in colour, print placement, and finish are natural and expected. These are not defects but rather marks of authenticity and craftsmanship.
  • We make every effort to display product colours and images as accurately as possible. However, actual colours may vary slightly depending on your device's screen settings.
  • All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time without prior notice.
  • Product descriptions, dimensions, and specifications are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies at any time.

4. PRICING

  • All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable at the time of placing the order will be honoured.
  • In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
  • Applicable taxes will be included in the final order total at checkout.
  • For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and any other charges levied by your country's authorities are not included in our prices and will be borne solely by the customer at the time of delivery.

5. ORDERS & PAYMENTS

  • Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion.
  • All orders are subject to product availability and successful payment verification.
  • We accept all major payment methods listed at checkout. All online transactions are processed securely.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive and make payment at the time of delivery.
  • Once an order is placed and confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email at your registered email address.
  • We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors.

6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

  • Cancellations must be requested before the order is dispatched from our warehouse.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • If an order is cancelled after dispatch, a deduction of ₹150 will be applied from the refund amount.
  • Sale items and products purchased at a discounted price are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • We ship across India and worldwide.
  • Domestic shipping timelines range from 2 to 14 working days depending on the product. Fabrics and Sarees are dispatched within 2 to 3 working days.
  • International orders are dispatched within 2 to 14 working days.
  • Working days are Monday to Friday. Weekends and public holidays are not included in shipping timelines.
  • Free domestic shipping is available on orders above ₹2,500. A flat fee of ₹150 applies to orders below ₹2,500.
  • Free international shipping is available on orders above ₹10,000. A flat fee of ₹2,500 applies to orders below ₹10,000.
  • Tracking details will be sent to your registered email and/or phone number once your order is dispatched.
  • During sale periods, slight delays in dispatch may occur due to higher order volumes.
  • Please do not accept delivery of any parcel that appears to be tampered with or damaged. BlockPrintsIndia.com will not be held responsible for items accepted in a tampered condition.

8. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

  • Return and exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition with all tags and barcode stickers intact.
  • The following are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund: Fabrics, Sale items, and Last Pieces.
  • Each order is eligible for a return or exchange only once.
  • Reverse pickup is available for eligible returns within India. This service is not available for international orders.
  • Refunds are processed as store credits (BlockPrints E-Credits) in most cases. Money refunds are only applicable in cases of wrong or damaged product delivery.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases.

9. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

  • In the event of a damaged, defective, or missing product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images and details.
  • Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for resolution.
  • Please retain your delivery packaging and invoice until the order is fully verified, as these may be required for investigation.
  • Please note that minor misprints and slight colour differences from website images are not considered defects. These are natural characteristics of handcrafted block-printed products.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All content on BlockPrintsIndia.com, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, product photographs, designs, and layout, is the exclusive intellectual property of BlockPrintsIndia.com and is protected under applicable Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.
  • You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or use any content from this website for personal gain or commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
  • Unauthorised use of our content, branding, or designs may result in legal action.

11. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to use this website to:
