RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, here's everything you need to know about our return and exchange process.
1. ELIGIBILITY & GENERAL CONDITIONS
- Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Each order is eligible for a return or exchange only once.
- Products must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags and barcode stickers intact.
- The following are strictly not eligible for return, exchange, or refund: Fabrics, Sale items.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Products purchased through third-party marketplaces (such as Amazon ) are not eligible for return or exchange on our website or at our stores.
- The company holds the right to make the final decision in all cases.
2. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR MISSING PRODUCTS
- In case of a damaged, defective, or missing product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this window cannot be processed.
- Share clear images and details of the issue through support@blockprintsindia.com . We will communicate the next steps, which may include a replacement or a full refund.
- Please do not discard your delivery packaging or invoice until your order is verified. In the event of a dispute or missing item, the packaging and invoice are essential for investigation. If discarded, we will be unable to proceed.
Please note: Minor misprints and slight colour differences from website images are not considered defects. All the handcrafted products have variations and natural signs of authenticity.
3. HOW TO PLACE RETURN OR EXCHANGE REQUEST
- Email the request at support@blockprintsindia.com with order number and picture/images that you wish to return or exchange and mention the reason.
- If the request involves a damaged or defective product, attach clear images.
- A pickup will be arranged for orders within India.
- Once the pickup is created, the product will be collected within 7 to 10 working days.
- Ensure all tags and labels are intact and the product is unworn before handing it over.
If your pin code is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you may self-ship the product to our address.
5. REFUNDS
Refunds to the original payment method are only applicable in cases of wrong or damaged product delivery.
Refund Timeline (up to 20 Working Days total):
- up to 12 working days for the return to reach our warehouse.
- 1 to 2 working days for our team to inspect the product.
- 2 to 3 working days for internal processing.
- 2 to 3 working days for your bank or payment portal to reflect the amount.
Additional notes:
- A flat fee of ₹150 will be deducted for money refunds. No deduction applies for damaged product returns.
- Refunds are processed for the sale value of the returned product only. Shipping charges are not refunded.
- For COD orders, refunds are processed via an online link sent to your registered email and phone number. If the link is not redeemed, please contact our customer support within 3 months to receive a new link.
- The company holds the right to make the final decision in all refund cases.
6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
- Cancellations must be made before the order is shipped.
- Once dispatched, shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If an order is cancelled after shipping, ₹150 will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Sale and discounted products are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
7. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- We do not offer exchanges on international orders.
- We do not facilitate reverse pickups for international orders.
- If you wish to return an international order, you are responsible for shipping the product back to us and bearing all associated shipping and customs charges.
- Refund will be issued for the value of the returned product only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If someone is travelling from your country to India, you may send your return with them to avoid additional shipping costs.
- In case your order arrives damaged, email us at support@blockprintsindia.com with images as proof. We will record the issue and communicate next steps, which may include a full refund.
8. THIRD-PARTY COURIER NOTICE
We work with third-party courier partners to deliver your orders. While we are fully committed to assisting you in case of any delivery issues, there are certain situations beyond our direct control. Please note that the delivery executive's contact details are shared only with the recipient. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such circumstances.
