At Blockprintsindia.com, we take great care in ensuring your handcrafted pieces reach you safely and on time. Please read through our shipping and delivery policy below.

1. SHIPPING TIMELINES

- Fabrics: 2 to 3 working days.
- Clothing: 2 to 15 working days (the specific timeline for each product is mentioned in its description).
- International Orders: 2 to 15 working days. If your order contains multiple products with different timelines, all items will be consolidated and shipped together in one shipment.
Working days are Monday to Friday. Weekends and public holidays are not counted towards shipping timelines. During sale periods, please allow for slightly longer dispatch times due to higher order volumes.

2. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be sent to your registered email address and/or mobile number via SMS/Whatsapp. If you don't see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.

3. SHIPPING CHARGES

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (India)
• Free shipping on orders above ₹2,500.
• For orders below ₹2,500: Flat shipping fee of ₹150 (applicable for both Prepaid and COD orders).
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
• Free shipping on orders above ₹20,000.
• For orders below ₹20,000: Flat shipping fee of ₹2,000.
Please note: Any customs duties, import taxes, or charges levied by your country's authorities are not included in our shipping fee and will be borne by the customer at the time of delivery, where applicable.

4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Yes, we ship worldwide! We work with a trusted logistics aggregator that selects the best carrier for your location. Courier partners we use include DHL, Aramex, FedEx, and UPS.

5. RETURNS & REVERSE PICKUP
──────────────────────────────────────────
• We offer reverse pickup for eligible returns within India.
• This service is not available for international orders. Customers outside India will need to arrange and bear the cost of returning items to us.
• In certain remote locations within India, reverse pickup may not be available. In such cases, we may ask you to self-ship the product back to us at your own cost and risk.

6. TAMPERED OR DAMAGED PARCELS

Please do not accept delivery of any parcel that appears to be tampered with, opened, or visibly damaged at the time of delivery. Blockprintsindia.com will not be held responsible for items from parcels accepted in a tampered condition. If in doubt, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
